The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and providing technical expertise to support sales efforts. This role will play a critical part in helping our company achieve its sales targets, especially in the manufacturing industry.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company sales.
- Present and demonstrate product features and technical capabilities to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our products
- Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions and address client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company.
- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and analyse sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
- Provide post-sales support and troubleshoot any issues to maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement
- Course: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or related field) or relevant experience
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales within the manufacturing or engineering industry (Experience in HVAC is a plus).
Knowledge & Skills Requirement
Technical
- Strong technical background and understanding of engineering concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM/SAP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
